We’re looking for a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Club Hotel Gladstone, a much-loved local pub that has recently undergone a refresh and renovation, giving the venue a renewed look and energy while staying true to its classic pub roots. About the venue Club Hotel Gladstone offers a classic pub-style menu with a modern, polished twist, delivered by a small, tight-knit kitchen team. The recent renovation has set the venue up for its next phase, with a strong focus on consistency, quality and continuing to lift the overall food offering in partnership with the Venue Manager.
